Any special occasion, gathering or event, be it a milestone birthday, a wedding, a corporate event, a camping event, country race day, hens or even a funeral, we are the crew ready to make it happen. 

A 20% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. No dates are held until a deposit is paid.

The 20% deposit to secure your event is non-refundable or transferable, however the difference between this and your full booking amount will be refunded if paid in advance and your booking is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to your event. There is no refund on cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to your event.

Full payment of your event is required two weeks prior to the event date.
Events by Billy Grace reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment in full is not received within 14 days of the event. Monies paid will not be refunded. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

If required a full hire agreement will be sent to you with your invoice. Please read this carefully as paying your deposit assumes that you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined

All picnic and outdoor events must have a wet weather back up plan submitted and agreed to in writing by Events by Billy Grace at time of booking

The details both of them thought of was mind blowing and the feedback from the guests was "why don't you keep it like this and hire it out, this is one of the best weddings we've been too!" While I would have loved to have kept the shed wonderland, apparently Nick (now husband) kind of wanted his shed back, who would have thought. No matter how big or small your event or the design style (rustic, boho, chic, modern) I honestly could recommend getting in contact with Events by Billy Grace more. While I dont have all the profesh photos back, I have some amazing ones of the whole set up from guests filtering through and am more than happy to share and they could recreate this vibe anywhere, in a paddock, your backyard, your venue. I feel this sounds like an ad but literally just a recommendation coming from a super stoked bride who had the most magical day!

Gab asked a few questions to get an idea of what we liked and then worked her magic, she was in regular contact to ensure we liked all they had planned. They went above and beyond and made our day beautiful. We had a camping 3 day event so we also had a pre and post area set up which was all provided and styled by Events by Billy Grace as well, we used their Tipsy Cork van for drinks, the Minty caravan for another bar in the front and live music on the back and their Tipi tent for a kids area, they also provided tables, chairs, couches and lighting (check out the pics)Our guests commented all weekend on how cool the set up was. Gab and Corey were both fun and professional to work with, we cant recommend them highly enough.
