Events by Billy Grace can cater to absolutely any gathering, event or special occasion you can dream up! We can seat between 2 and 100 guests and have proudly supported major events for clients as big as the Gympie Music Muster, as well as simple and stylish “just for the fun of it” 2 person picnics. We love it all! From multi day festivals and gatherings to baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, glamping, high teas, brunches, country race days, music festivals, romance picnics, Christmas parties and any other reason to gather and celebrate!

Camping, or glamping, in a vineyard or on a farm, or at a festival we love to create good vibes.
• Open fires,
• Happy hour Friday night and music on the Minty Van Bar stage or perhaps
• Cocktail hour from Tipsy Cork vintage van bar,
• Your main event on Saturday whether it’s a wedding or other special occasion,
• Recovery Sangria Sunday from one of our van bars with live music again or simply a playlist of your choice through Minty Stage sound system.
• Whatever you choose to make the good times roll, we bring it and do it
We have so many add on options check out the look book… maybe a photobooth or nomadic freeform marquee, festoon lighting.
Three day paddock parties are customised to your needs and we will work with you to pull the perfect package together including recommendations for locations.
We can turn a vacant paddock without power or water into an awesome perfect paddock party precinct because we love to celebrate everything……….and have the gear to do it.
