Q: What costs are associated with property staging?
A: Every home is unique, however below we provide a price guide which may vary depending on partial or full staging and whether external areas are to be included.

3 bed home from $3600
4 bed, 1 living from $4200
4 bed, 2 living from $5200
5 bed, 2 living from $6000
6 bed, 3 living from $7500
Staging period 6 weeks plus 3 weeks free with extensions available upon request.

Q: Can I continue living in my home while it is staged?
A: We only stage vacant properties to minimise the risk of damage to furniture and decor items. However, we do offer a consultation and advisory service for a fee, helping you to stage your home independently.

Q: Can I be present during the staging installation?
A: We like to carry our and complete the staging process while the property is vacant, as this allows for the efficient use of space and resources. We take immense pleasure in delighting you with the final result. 

Q: What is the hire period?
A: Initial hire period is  a minimum of 6 weeks with three weeks free and options to extend on a fortnightly basis and fee.

Q: Do I get a say in the styling choices?
A: Our experienced stylists are dedicated to showcasing your property at its best, selecting high-quality furniture and decor that reflect expert choices. After the installation is complete, we will always ask for your final approval. Whilst some selections may differ from your personal style, our priority is to cater to the buying market, ensuring that the end result aligns with market expectations.

Q: How do you hang art work?
A: Given the weight and dimensions of the artworks used for staging, we will secure them to the walls with screws to ensure they remain stable. These screws will remain in place even after the rental period ends.

Q: Should I remove outdoor rugs and cushions after each open home?
A: It is stipulated in the staging contract that outdoor soft furnishings must be kept covered when not in use for open homes.

Q: What happens if I sell my property prior to the expiration of my staging agreement?
A: When you have an unconditional sales contract, simply call us and we will coordinate the collection of our furniture and other items. Please note that no refunds will be issued for fees paid under the initial hire agreement.
